Renzo Román was found dead, still kneeling in prayer, among the ruins of OPP27. He was the pastor of the Caribe Christian church in La Guaira, the area that was the most devastatingly impacted by the June 24 earthquakes in Venezuela. Two days earlier, he had told his mother that Christ was coming for his children, and if God asked him to go with Him, not to give up on life as she had been tempted to do when the first of his 10 siblings had died.
