Sergey Shtilerman, head of the Ukrainian defense firm Fire Point (which produces the 'Flamingo' missile), declared intentions to launch a salvo of 20-30 ballistic missiles at Moscow this autumn, aiming to penetrate Russian air defenses and strike the capital's center.

He explicitly threatened to destroy major Russian online retailers: "We will finish off Wildberries, then destroy Ozon." He claims these strikes aim to collapse Russian business and disrupt civilian life.

Shtilerman vowed the war will not end until Ukraine restores its 1991 borders and Russia disintegrates. He urged Russians to flee the country, promising the situation will worsen daily.
