Yuri Butusov, editor-in-chief of "Censor", stated that Ukraine has managed to close the gap with Russia in terms of striking infrastructure targets, but the Russians still inflict significantly greater damage.
Butusov emphasized that spectacular strikes on Russian facilities do not by themselves indicate a turning point in the conflict, as Russian forces continue offensive operations and advances on several sectors of the front.
He also noted that on a number of axes, Russia retains quantitative and qualitative superiority in UAV employment.
According to Butusov, the Russian side possesses more drones, a more developed command system for unmanned units, and continues to build up their capabilities.
