Location: Balzi Rossi restaurant, central Moscow
Event: A female suicide courier attempted to enter a private event on the veranda with a bomb disguised as a gift box. A security guard stopped her for inspection, at which point the bomb was detonated remotely.
Casualties: 3 dead - the courier, the security guard, and one guest on the veranda. Additional injuries reported from metal balls packed in the device.
Details: The bomb had an explosive force equivalent to 1 kg of TNT and was filled with metal balls. The courier was torn apart; her severed hand was found 15 meters away on the road.
